Delivery Policy
All our products are in stock and available for fast shipping. We strive to ensure your order is shipped the same day.
Our customers typically receive their products within 2 business days.
Depending on your postal code, we may need to use a different carrier than usual, which could result in an additional delay of one business day.
The shipping rate is $7.95. Most of our orders are shipped via multiple providers such as, but not limited to, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and others.
Customers dealing with us are required to be available at the time of delivery.
If the carrier decides to leave the package in an unsecured location and it is stolen, Encre 2G disclaims any responsibility to compensate the customer.
Therefore, we encourage you to have your order delivered to a secure location.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Encre 2G, all our products are made in Canada and come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
When purchasing products from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are buying the right product for your device.
No returns of unpackaged or used products will be accepted if the product is in perfect working condition.
Additional restocking fees will be charged for any non-defective returns.
All HP printers whose model ends with the letter E
Example: HP OfficeJetPro 8510E, HP DeskJet 8610E
These printers have been designed to prevent manual deactivation of printer firmware updates. Therefore, if your printer model ends with the letter E (be careful not to confuse it with a model ending, for example, with FDWE, DE, CDWE, etc.), and only the letter E at the end of the model, you will be unable to disable automatic updates on the printer control panel, resulting in the inability to use generic cartridges.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements by which we provide services will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
